Basic Information

  • Saturday afternoon games 12-3 PM (Depending on league size)
  • Casually competitive- If you are a serious/ultracompetitive person than this league is not for you.
  • Games are in U City at Heman Park
  • Minimum of 6 Regular season games
  • Single Elimination Playoff Tournament
  • Official St. Louis Sports & Social Club Coed Flag Football League T-shirt
  • Alcohol is Permitted at Heman Park (no bottles)
  • Post Game Happy Hours
  • Postseason party
